Jerez de la Frontera, September 21, 2025 – The Tecnicar by Amtog team completed a weekend of notable progress and standout moments during the seventh round of Eurocup-3, held at the iconic Circuito de Jerez. With its Israeli driver Ariel Elkin, the team displayed promising speed in its first-ever appearance in the category.

The highlight of the weekend for Tecnicar came on Sunday morning during the second qualifying session. Elkin delivered a strong performance, securing 19th position on the grid with a time of 1:38.415.

In Race 2, Elkin capitalized on his pace to achieve a solid result inside the top 13. After a tight battle, he crossed the finish line in 13th place, completing all 20 laps of the race. His best lap was 1:40.607.

His performance in Saturday’s Race 1 was also consistent, finishing 13th after 18 laps around the Andalusian circuit.

Across the qualifying sessions, Elkin showed steady improvement. In the first qualifying, he placed 19th with a time of 1:39.394. The Israeli driver continued adapting to both the car and the track throughout the weekend.

The Tecnicar team leaves Jerez with positive momentum, having demonstrated its ability to compete in a highly competitive field and achieve solid results in its debut. Ariel Elkin’s steady progress over the weekend provides a strong foundation for the team’s future appearances in Eurocup-3.
