The role involves monitoring and validating car systems, analyzing performance data, and providing technical support during all championship events. You will work closely with engineers and mechanics in a dynamic and competitive environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure proper functioning of all car systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Acquire and analyze telemetry using Pi Toolbox; create reports in Excel.
- Support programming tasks to improve and automate workflows.


REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in Motorsport or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in Formula 3 or Formula 4 (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Pi Toolbox and Excel (mandatory).
- Basic coding skills (MATLAB, Python preferred).
- Excellent English communication, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel to all events.

    > CHIEF MECHANIC EUROCUP 3 (DALLARA)

    ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Chief Mechanic to lead our Eurocup 3 team full-time at our Valencia headquarters. The role includes full responsibility for Dallara single-seater preparation, managing a team of 5 mechanics, and coordinating with the Team Manager and Chief Engineer. Attendance at all championship events is required.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Lead and supervise car build and maintenance of Dallara cars.
    - Plan and organize workshop and race weekend activities.
    - Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
    - Guide and mentor junior mechanics; oversee pit stop operations.
    - Maintain professional standards in the garage and paddock.


    REQUIREMENTS:

    - 5+ years’ motorsport experience as a mechanic, including leadership roles.
    - Proven experience with Dallara cars in Formula 3, EFO, or equivalent series.
    - Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
    - Fluent Spanish preferred. English is a plus.
    - Full-time availability in Valencia workshop and to travel to all race events.
    - Having a truck driving license is a big plus and will be very positively regarded.

      - Availability for all Eurocup 3 events; flexibility for occasional workshop days.
      - Fluent Spanish preferred. English is a plus.

        > LOGISTIC MANAGER

        ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an experienced Logistic Manager to oversee the logistics of our motorsport team of 30+ people traveling to over 30 events annually across Europe. Based full-time at our Valencia headquarters, this role is vital to ensuring smooth travel, accommodation, and event preparation.


        RESPONSIBILITIES:

        - Manage bookings for hotels, flights, and road routes for the entire team.
        - Organize daily schedules including meals and team activities.
        - Control expense sheets and administrative paperwork.
        - Coordinate shipments with suppliers, acting as the main contact for shipping companies.
        - Support the technical team in managing incoming and outgoing deliveries.
        - Act as primary contact for drivers regarding travel and administrative support.
        - Quickly resolve logistical challenges to prevent disruptions during events.


        REQUIREMENTS:

        - Minimum 3 years of motorsport logistics experience or similar roles.
        - Fluent in Spanish and English.
        - Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.

          > TRUCKIE (EUROPE)

          ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an experienced Truck Driver to transport our team’s truck and equipment to all Eurocup 3 events across Europe. This role is crucial for the safe and timely delivery of race cars, parts, and materials. You will also assist as an auxiliary mechanic during events and maintain the truck in top condition.


          RESPONSIBILITIES:

          - Drive the team truck safely to all race and test events across Europe.
          - Manage the loading and unloading of cars, equipment, and materials.
          - Maintain the truck clean, organized, and fully operational; report any issues promptly.
          - Assist the mechanics with auxiliary tasks, or lead mechanical tasks if experienced.
          - Ensure compliance with all legal requirements: valid licenses, documentation, and permits.


          REQUIREMENTS:

          - Proven motorsport experience.
          - Valid truck driving license and all necessary documentation for international travel.
          - Responsible, organized, and safety-conscious.
          - Ability to assist with mechanical tasks is highly desirable.
          - English is a plus.

            > COMPOSITE/BODYWORK TECHNICIAN

            ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a skilled Composite/Bodywork Technician to join our single-seater teams. The main focus of this role is to ensure the maintenance, repair, and preparation of bodywork components, mainly made of carbon fiber and fiberglass, with precision and quality while complying with technical regulations.


            RESPONSIBILITIES:

            - Prepare bodywork parts and spares to be race-ready.
            - Coordinate and perform maintenance and repairs on carbon fiber and fiberglass components.
            - Assemble bodywork parts accurately ensuring proper fit and finish.
            - Assess bodywork condition after each event and determine repair needs.


            REQUIREMENTS:

            - Minimum 2 years experience in auto body repairs, including sanding, puttying, and painting.
            - Knowledge of working with composite materials such as carbon fiber, fiberglass, resins, and two-component systems.
            - Experience in motorsport is highly desirable but not mandatory.
            - Formal education in auto body repair or automotive technician is a plus but not essential.
