The Tecnicar by Amtog team had an exciting but challenging weekend at MotorLand Aragón in the Spanish F4 Championship. From qualifying sessions to the three races, the drivers demonstrated their ability to compete in a demanding environment.
The initial qualifying placed Sacha Van’t Pad Bosch in P15, Andrej Petrovic in P9, Wiktor Dobrzański in P25, and Nacho Tuñón in P27. In the first race, Sacha failed to finish, while Nacho finished in P21, Wiktor in P29, and Andrej achieved a valuable P10, scoring the team’s first points of the weekend.
In the second qualifying, Sacha moved up to P10, with Andrej in P12 behind him. Wiktor started from P27, while Nacho, without a clear lap, started from P35. In the second race, Andrej made a remarkable recovery to P6, scoring more points for Tecnicar by Amtog. Sacha held firm and finished in P11, while Wiktor finished in P24. Nacho, after colliding with another rider, dropped to last place, with no chance of recovery.
The final race of the weekend generated mixed feelings for the team. Andrej maintained his strong performance and finished in P5, reinforcing his position as the team’s best rider at this stage. Nacho and Wiktor managed to climb several positions to finish in P22 and P20, respectively, while Sacha suffered an unfortunate accident early in the race and was unable to continue.
The weekend at MotorLand provided favorable impressions and areas for improvement for Tecnicar by Amtog. Andrej showed remarkable consistency, racking up points in two of the three competitions, while Sacha, Wiktor, and Nacho displayed moments of talent despite the obstacles.
Sacha Van’t Pad Bosch: “We had some mistakes with the team and myself too. It’s a bit unfortunate, but I think we had very good speed this weekend.”
Nacho Tuñón: “We finished this weekend at Motorland, learning a lot, making big strides forward, making comebacks, and I’m grateful to the team for all their hard work.”
