Tecnicar Motorsport Solutions concludes a weekend of steady progress, showing great  consistency in the race and achieving a top 15 as their best result.

The free practice sessions allowed the team to prepare the setups for this challenging circuit, especially correcting the oversteer.

Adam Al-Azhari faced his first weekend in F4 Spain. Everything was new, and despite this, he was the best classified, nearly reaching the top 20, a position he could have improved had he found a good slipstream on the long straights of Paul Ricard.

The starting positions at the back of the grid forced our drivers to showcase all their talent in the race, achieving great comebacks. Lorenzo Castillo recovered eight positions, and Wiktor Dobrzánski gained 13 places, both finishing in the top 25. Adam Al-Azhari climbed to 14th position, which would be the best result for the team over the weekend.

Sunday began with the second qualifying session, which yielded similar results to the first. Once again, in the two remaining races, our drivers showed great pace to overtake many rivals and gain positions.

Lorenzo Castillo gained 21 positions in total on Sunday. Wiktor Dobrzánski made up 18 positions in total, reaching 18th place as his best personal result at Paul Ricard. Both, along with Adam Al-Azhari, closed the weekend within the top 25.

Lorenzo Castillo: “This has probably been the most challenging weekend of the year. We recovered in the last two races of the weekend. We improved a lot from Saturday to Sunday.” Wiktor Dobrzánski: “It has been a good weekend overall; I achieved my best result in F4 Spain. I had good comebacks.” Adam Al-Azhari: “It was a good weekend for my debut. I want to thank the team for this start. I have gained a lot of experience.”
